I offer in-person sessions in Vero Beach, Florida or virtually anywhere in the state of Florida!

My fee for 50-minute sessions is $130 dollars.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots for those who cannot afford the full cost of service. If you believe we would be a good match but are looking for a reduced fee email me dalenna@therapyatthegrove.com

I do not accept insurance at this time.

I prefer we get started on a weekly rhythm during the first month, and then we can scale back to biweekly or a frequency that feels right while still making strides in our work together. Remember that you are the expert of you.

As a registered intern, I am a masters level therapist in the pre-licensure phase. I work under the supervision of LMHC Sarah Claire Smith. This means I get to consult with a fantastic therapist about my caseload! Basically you have a grand-therapist!

My approach is that you are the expert on you and I am a fellow traveler on your journey!

I am a relational therapist and believe that the connection we have is the post powerful tool for growth.

The approaches I use integrates being trauma informed, using self compassion, internal family systems, and psychodynamic approaches.
